This policy explains what Gadget Superb collects when you use gadgetsuperb.com, why we collect it and who we share it with. It applies to our website, our Facebook and Messenger pages and the orders we deliver. Last updated 18 September 2026.

Who we are

Gadget Superb is an online gadget store based in Bangladesh. We sell all over the country and take payment as cash on delivery. You can reach us here:

What we collect

When you place an order we collect your name, mobile number, delivery address, the items you ordered and any note you leave for us. An email address is optional and only used to send you order updates.

When you create an account we also store your login mobile number, your password in encrypted form, and the order history attached to your number.

When you browse the site our server and the services listed below record technical information automatically: your IP address, browser and device type, the pages and products you view, what you add to the cart and how you reached the site.

We do not collect card or bank details, because every order is paid in cash at delivery.

Why we use it

• To confirm, pack and deliver your order, and to call you if something about it is unclear.
• To handle returns, replacements and warranty claims.
• To let you log in and see your own orders and their courier tracking.
• To send order and account emails from care@gadgetsuperb.com.
• To detect fraudulent or repeatedly refused orders.
• To measure and improve our website and our advertising, as described below.

Who we share it with

We do not sell your personal information. We share only what a partner needs to do its job:

• Courier companies – your name, mobile number and delivery address go to the courier carrying your parcel: Steadfast Courier, Pathao Courier, RedX, Paperfly, CarryBee, eCourier, Sundarban Courier or SA Paribahan.
• Meta (Facebook and Instagram) – we use the Meta Pixel and Meta’s Conversions API to measure our ads. Meta receives events such as a page view, a product view, an add to cart, a checkout started and a completed order. Contact details sent with those events are hashed (turned into an irreversible code) before they leave our server.
• Google Analytics – anonymous statistics about how the site is used.
• Our hosting and email provider – the site and the care@gadgetsuperb.com mailbox run on Hostinger’s servers.

We may also disclose information where the law or a lawful order of a Bangladeshi authority requires it.

Cookies and tracking

Cookies keep your cart and your login working, remember your preferences, and let the measurement services above recognise a returning visit. You can delete or block cookies in your browser settings; if you block them, the cart and login will not work properly.

You can control how Meta uses your activity for advertising in your Facebook settings under Ad preferences, and opt out of Google Analytics with Google’s opt-out browser add-on.

How long we keep it

Order records are kept while we may still need them for warranty, returns or our own accounts. Account details are kept until you ask us to delete the account. Website statistics are kept in aggregated form.

Your choices

Write to care@gadgetsuperb.com or call 09638054751 from the number on your order and you can ask us to show you the information we hold about you, correct it, delete your account, or stop sending you marketing messages. We answer within seven working days.

Children

Our store is meant for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13. If a child has given us information, contact us and we will remove it.

Security

The site is served over HTTPS, passwords are stored encrypted, and access to order data is limited to staff who need it. No system is perfectly secure, so please keep your own password private.

Changes to this policy

If we change how we handle your information we will update this page and the date at the top. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated policy.
