These terms apply when you order from gadgetsuperb.com. Please read them before placing an order – ordering means you accept them. Last updated 18 September 2026.

Gadget Superb is an online gadget store delivering all over Bangladesh, with cash on delivery. Reach us on:

Prices

• All prices are shown in Bangladeshi Taka (৳) and include any applicable taxes.
• Prices and offers can change at any time, and stock can run out between your order and our confirmation call.
• If a product is listed at a clearly wrong price, we will call you before shipping and you can confirm the correct price or cancel free of charge.

Placing an order

• Placing an order on the site is a request to buy; the order is confirmed when we confirm it with you.
• We may call the mobile number on the order to confirm the address and the items.
• We may decline or cancel an order if the item is out of stock, the address is outside our delivery range, the number cannot be reached, or earlier parcels to the same customer were repeatedly refused.
• You can cancel free of charge any time before the parcel is handed to the courier – call the hotline with your order number.

Delivery and charges

• Inside Dhaka city: 1–3 days, delivery charge ৳70.
• Outside Dhaka city: 2–5 days, delivery charge ৳120.
• Delivery times are working days and are our honest estimate, not a guarantee – weather, holidays and courier delays can add a day or two.

Payment

Every order is cash on delivery: you pay the delivery person in cash when the parcel arrives. We never ask for advance payment, and we never ask for your card details, OTP or mobile banking PIN. If anybody claiming to be from Gadget Superb asks for those, it is not us – call our hotline.

Checking your parcel

You may open the parcel and check that the product is the one you ordered and is undamaged before you pay, where the courier allows it. Tell us the same day if anything is wrong.

Returns and warranty

• Every product can be returned within 7 days of delivery.
• The product must be in its original condition with the box and accessories.
• Selected products carry a 6, 12 or 24-month warranty; ask us about a product’s warranty before ordering.

Product information

We describe our products as accurately as we can. Photographs are illustrative, and colour, packaging or a small detail may differ from the picture. Accessories are only included when the description says so.

Your account

Keep your password to yourself; you are responsible for orders placed from your account. Tell us at once if you think somebody else has used it. We may suspend an account used for fraud or abuse.

Using the site

The text, photographs and design on this site belong to Gadget Superb or our suppliers. You may not copy them for commercial use, scrape the site, or try to break, overload or gain unauthorised access to it.

Our responsibility

We are responsible for delivering the product you ordered, and for returns and warranty as set out above. We are not responsible for indirect losses – for example lost profit or lost data – beyond the value of the order.

Privacy

How we handle your information is set out in our Privacy Policy.

Governing law

These terms follow the laws of Bangladesh, and disputes go to the courts of Bangladesh. We would much rather settle anything by talking to you first – call the hotline.

Changes

We may update these terms; the version on this page at the time you order is the one that applies to that order.
