Hoco HX607 Slim Rechargeable Desktop Fan 2000mAh

Most desktop fans pick a corner and stay there. The Hoco HX607 refuses to sit still: a slim black slab with a round fan head inside a square frame, a fold-out stand, and a digital display that reports battery level and speed in real time. Instead of fixed steps, a smooth dial adjusts airflow continuously from 0 to 100, so the hoco hx607 gives you exactly the breeze you want — never one notch too weak or too strong. It works on a desk or on a wall, folds flat for travel, and runs up to 10 hours per charge. This is the desk fan for people who like control.

Design and Build

The hoco hx607 is genuinely slim: 39 mm deep in a 164 × 134 mm footprint, a black square frame around a circular fan head with the hoco badge at the centre. It sits on a fold-out stand that doubles as the 180° hinge, keeping the whole thing stable on a desk while staying thin enough to slide into a backpack side pocket when folded flat.

Build quality suits the minimal look. The frame is rigid, the hinge holds its angle without creeping, and at 230 grams the hoco hx607 feels planted rather than flimsy — light enough to move room to room, heavy enough to stay put when the top speed spins up. The 2.5W rating means it sips power, which is part of why it stays cool and quiet.

Airflow and Performance

The 0–100 dial is the hoco hx607’s signature. Twist it and the airflow climbs smoothly from a whisper to a strong desk breeze, with no jumps between steps. Set 20 for background air while you read, 60 for a warm afternoon, 100 when the power is out and the room needs moving air — the dial lands exactly where your comfort is.

Quiet operation is the other headline. The page rates the hoco hx607 as ultra-quiet, suited to offices, study sessions, and bedrooms — though it gives no decibel figure, so this stays a qualitative claim. The low 2.5W power consumption and smooth speed control work together here: you can run just enough airflow for the moment instead of blasting past it.

Battery and Charging

The 2000mAh rechargeable battery keeps the hoco hx607 cordless for up to 10 hours per charge, per the product page. Real-world runtime depends on the dial setting — low speeds stretch well past a workday, while full power is there for the hottest stretches. Either way, you are not hunting for a socket mid-afternoon.

Charging is over USB Type-C at DC 5V/1A input, so the fan refills from phone chargers, power banks, and laptop ports. The product page does not state a charging time, so no figure is quoted — plug it in overnight or between uses and the hoco hx607 is ready when you need it.

Controls and Features

The digital display is the fan’s quiet intelligence: it shows battery level and fan speed at a glance, so you always know how much charge remains and exactly where the dial sits. No guessing, no sudden dead battery in the middle of a load-shedding evening — the hoco hx607 tells you what it has left.

Then there is the 180° folding hinge. Tilt the head to aim the breeze up, level, or down; fold it completely flat to pack it for travel or to stash it in a drawer. Combined with the dual usage — desk stand or wall mount — the hoco hx607 adapts to the room instead of asking the room to adapt to it.

How do I clean and care for the fan?

Wipe the frame and grille of your hoco hx607 with a soft, dry cloth, and keep the vents free of dust so airflow stays smooth. If it gets splashed, let it dry completely before switching on.
