QCY T13 ENC True Wireless Earbuds

The QCY T13 ENC is the call-first member of QCY’s T13 family: a true wireless earbuds pair built around 4 microphones with ENC (environmental noise cancellation) for clearer calls, a 7.2mm dynamic driver, Bluetooth 5.1, and a marathon 40-hour total battery claim. If you searched for the QCY T13 ENC price in Bangladesh, the positioning is simple — this Black colourway is for buyers who take a lot of calls and want the battery to outlast the day. Compare it with the rest of the Earbuds & Earphones range at Gadget Superb.

Don’t confuse it with its siblings: the T13 ANC adds active noise cancellation for music, while the plain T13 ENC on this page has no ANC — its noise tech is ENC, which works on calls only. QCY’s own product page is explicit: “Environment Noise Cancellation (ENC) — only for calling.” Every figure below comes from QCY’s official spec page (model BH20T13A) or distributor consensus, labeled accordingly.

Sound Quality and Drivers

The QCY T13 ENC plays through a 7.2mm dynamic driver per bud — QCY’s official figure — with stereo audio over Bluetooth 5.1. The tuning is the classic QCY house sound: lively and forward, with enough bass presence for pop and movies and clear mids for podcasts and dialogue. The QCY T13 ENC won’t rival the 10–13mm drivers in QCY’s newer models for sheer low-end weight, but the 7.2mm unit is a proven, balanced performer that has sold in huge numbers for a reason.

The QCY app (iOS/Android) adds meaningful sound control: default EQ modes to reshape the tuning, plus OTA firmware updates that keep the buds current. The exploded component view below shows the hardware behind the sound — 7.2mm driver, voice and noise mics (two per bud), battery cell, PCB, and shell halves — labeled as an illustrative reconstruction, not an engineering drawing.

Design, Fit and Comfort

The Black QCY T13 ENC uses glossy black short-stem earbuds with silicone tips and a compact rounded-square charging case (54.0 × 53.6 × 28.2mm per QCY). The case carries a small LED indicator dot, and the buds seat into their wells with visible gold charging contacts. It’s a clean, understated design that has aged well — no flashy colors, no oversized case.

Comfort follows the familiar QCY formula: light in-ear buds (about 6.3g per bud per distributor measurements) with a seal that isolates passively without deep-canal pressure. The box includes ear tips in S/M/L, and finding your size matters twice — comfort for long calls, and the passive seal that gives the 7.2mm drivers their bass. The QCY T13 ENC’s short stems keep the mics reasonably close to your mouth, which is part of why the call quality works.

Battery Life and Charging Case

Forty hours is the T13 ENC’s bragging right, and the breakdown is straight from QCY’s official spec page:

• 8 hours of playtime on a single earbud charge
• 40 hours total with the charging case
• 380mAh case battery, USB Type-C
• 5-minute quick charge ≈ 1 hour of playtime
• Full charging time about 1.5 hours

Eight hours per charge is excellent for a call-heavy day — most users will get through a full workday on the QCY T13 ENC’s buds alone, with the case as backup for the rest of the week. The 5-minute quick charge is the practical hero: a dead-battery morning still gets you through the commute. Real-world hours vary with volume and call time, but the 8h/40h figures are QCY-official, not retailer estimates.

ANC, ENC and Call Quality

This is the section the T13 ENC was built for. The headline again, because it matters: no ANC — ENC for calls only. The 4 built-in microphones (two per bud: one for voice, one for noise, per distributor teardowns of QCY’s description) run environmental noise cancellation that filters background noise on your side of the call, so the person you’re talking to hears your voice instead of the street. QCY’s own page marks ENC as “only for calling” — it does nothing for your music.

In practice, this is the budget call king of its generation: rickshaw traffic, office chatter, and market noise get audibly pushed down on the caller’s end, while your voice stays forward. It’s not magic — heavy wind will still intrude — but for the price, the 4-mic ENC is the reason to choose the T13 ENC over its music-first rivals. If you want ANC for listening too, that’s the T13 ANC’s job, a different product.

Connectivity and Controls

Bluetooth 5.1 with A2DP/AVRCP/HFP profiles and about 10 metres of effective range (QCY official) — a generation behind the newest buds, but the QCY T13 ENC’s Bluetooth 5.1 implementation is mature, stable, and perfectly adequate for music, calls, and video. Pairing is a three-step process per QCY: open Bluetooth and the QCY app on the phone, pick up the earbuds, tap the pop-up window (Android) to connect. After that, they reconnect automatically.

Controls are touch-based: one touch to skip tracks, answer/end calls, or summon the voice assistant. The QCY app goes further — default EQ modes, sleep mode (which disables touch to prevent accidental taps), language change, and OTA firmware updates let you build the T13 your own way. Volume control is available via the app per distributor sources. No multipoint is documented — one device at a time.

Frequently Asked Questions

1. Does the T13 ENC have ANC?

No. The T13 ENC has ENC (environmental noise cancellation) for calls only — QCY’s own page says so explicitly. ANC for music listening belongs to the sibling T13 ANC, a different product. Don’t let listings mix them: ENC cleans up your calls; ANC would quiet your music. This model has the former, not the latter.

2. How good are the QCY T13 ENC’s calls really?

That’s this model’s whole reason to exist. The 4-mic ENC system (two mics per bud — one for voice, one for noise) filters background noise on your side so callers hear your voice clearly. Expect noticeably cleaner calls from streets and offices; heavy wind is still the enemy of every mic system. For call-heavy users, it’s the best-regarded budget option of its generation.

3. How long does the QCY T13 ENC’s battery last?

Per QCY’s official figures: 8 hours per charge and 40 hours total with the 380mAh case, over USB Type-C (about 1.5 hours for a full charge). A 5-minute quick charge claims about 1 hour of playtime. Real-world hours vary with volume and call time, but 8h per charge is excellent for a full workday of calls.

4. What’s the difference between the QCY T13 ENC and T13 ANC?

The T13 ENC (this page, BH20T13A) is the call-focused model: 4-mic ENC, 7.2mm drivers, 40-hour battery, no ANC. The T13 ANC adds active noise cancellation for music (up to 28dB manufacturer-claimed on the ANC 2) with a different driver and battery profile. Choose ENC for calls and battery; choose ANC for quieter listening.

5. Which Bluetooth version, and how far can I go?

Bluetooth 5.1 with A2DP/AVRCP/HFP profiles and about 10 metres of effective range, per QCY. It’s a mature, stable implementation — fine for music, calls, and video. No multipoint is documented, so it pairs with one device at a time.

6. How do the QCY T13 ENC’s touch controls work?

One touch to skip tracks, answer/end calls, or summon the voice assistant, per QCY’s description. The QCY app adds default EQ modes, sleep mode (disables touch to prevent accidental taps), language change, and OTA firmware updates. Volume control is available via the app per distributor sources.

7. Is it water resistant?

IPX5 (rain and sweat) is listed by StarTech and the user manual, but not printed on QCY’s own spec page — so it’s quoted here with that attribution. Fine for workouts and light rain by those sources; not for swimming, and the case isn’t rated. When in doubt, keep them dry.

8. How do I pair them the first time?

Per QCY’s three-step pairing: open Bluetooth and the QCY app on your phone, pick up the earbuds, and tap the pop-up window (Android) to connect. To reset: place both buds in the case with the lid open and hold the case button for 10 seconds until the red/blue LED flashes alternately 3 times — that’s the manual’s official reset.

9. What’s in the box?

Per QCY’s official list: the earbud pair, the charging case, one Type-C cable, three pairs of ear tips (S/M/L), and the user manual. Per store policy, accessories are only included when the description says so — check the box on arrival and report anything missing the same day.

10. Is there a warranty?

Yes — this product carries a 7-day warranty per the warranty attribute on the product page. For a warranty claim, contact the store with your order number (hotline 09638054751, care@gadgetsuperb.com, or Messenger). No “official warranty” claim is made beyond what the live page shows.

11. Is the QCY T13 ENC in stock right now?

Stock changes as orders come in, so the live product page is the authority — it shows the current stock status and the current price. This page never hard-codes either, because both can change between your visit and your order. If the page shows it available, you can order with cash on delivery.

12. How do delivery, payment, and returns work?

Every order is cash on delivery: you pay the delivery person in cash when the parcel arrives, and the store never asks for advance payment. Delivery charges and timelines follow the store’s Delivery & Returns page — inside Dhaka is faster and cheaper than outside Dhaka. Where the courier allows it, you may open the parcel and check the product before you pay. Every product can be returned within 7 days of delivery in its original condition with the box and accessories.
