Joyroom JR-MS01 Portable Bluetooth Speaker With Ambient Light

You want the party to feel like an event — lights dancing across the walls while the music plays. The Joyroom JR-MS01 portable Bluetooth speaker with ambient light is built for exactly that: a faceted crystal dome on top projects laser-style RGB light effects across the room, while an 8W full-range speaker with Hi-Fi super bass fills it with sound. The joyroom jr-ms01 turns a bedroom, a study desk, or a small gathering into a scene.

This is a speaker bought for atmosphere as much as audio. The joyroom jr-ms01 switches freely between multiple RGB light modes and colors to match your music, pairs with a second unit over TWS for true wireless stereo, and runs about 3–4 hours of music on a 2200mAh battery. It is the rare speaker that guests ask about before they even hear it.

One honest note on the specs: the page’s features text says Bluetooth 5.3, but its specifications table says V5.1. This listing uses V5.1 — the specs-table figure backed by distributor consensus — and flags the conflict so you know exactly what to confirm with the store.

Design and Build

The joyroom jr-ms01 is a compact tower: a cylindrical body wrapped in fabric mesh, with the faceted laser magic-ball dome crowning the top. At 89 × 89 × 165.6 mm and roughly 475 g (per the store’s product gallery — not the page copy), it is genuinely portable: desk, bedside table, balcony railing, anywhere a mood is wanted. The mesh body keeps the look soft and premium; the dome is the unmistakable signature.

The RGB ambient light is the design centerpiece. Multiple light modes with optional colors cycle across the dome and glow through the mesh, and the modes move with your music for a light show that feels alive rather than static. Switch freely between modes to match the track, the room, or the hour — the joyroom jr-ms01 is as much a lamp as a speaker.

Sound and Performance

An 8W full-range speaker works with a 52mm diaphragm to render what the page calls a Hi-Fi super-bass effect — small body, big sound. The joyroom jr-ms01 pushes a 360° spatial audio presentation, so the music does not have a narrow sweet spot; it fills the room from wherever the speaker sits. For its size, the low end has genuine weight, and vocals stay clear at party volumes.

Pair two joyroom jr-ms01 units over TWS interconnection and the soundstage doubles: true wireless stereo with a wider, more immersive spread. One speaker covers a bedroom beautifully; two cover a living room or a small rooftop gathering. Bluetooth V5.1 (specs table) keeps the wireless link fast and stable, with a stated range of up to 12 meters.

Battery and Charging

Here are the honest numbers: about 3–4 hours of music with the light off at 70% volume, and about 48 hours of connected standby with the light off — both from the 2200mAh battery, per the manufacturer. The light show is the star of the joyroom jr-ms01, and lights drink power, so plan the evening around it: music-plus-lights for the party hours, then a recharge.

Recharging takes about 3 hours over Type-C (5V⎓1A input), so any standard phone charger or power bank tops the speaker up. A full charge before the guests arrive means the joyroom jr-ms01 is ready for the whole evening — and the 48-hour connected standby means it sips almost nothing when it is just sitting paired and waiting.

Controls and Features

The headline control is the light itself: freely switch between multiple RGB light modes with optional colors to go with your music. The laser magic-ball effect is the showstopper — spectacular projected light for parties and get-togethers, per the page — while the softer RGB modes suit bedrooms and study desks. Beyond the lights, the joyroom jr-ms01 plays over Bluetooth and from a TF memory card, so the music does not depend on a phone.

TWS interconnection is the other key feature: two JR-MS01 speakers link wirelessly for true stereo. The page also lists the AC6965E Bluetooth chip, SBC audio decoding, and A2DP/AVCTP/AVDTP/AVRCP protocol support — the plumbing that keeps the wireless connection stable across phones, tablets, and laptops.

Specifications

Every figure above comes from the live product page for the joyroom jr-ms01, except size and weight, which come from the store’s product-gallery reference and are labeled as such. The Bluetooth version follows the specs table (V5.1); the features text’s 5.3 claim is not repeated.

What’s in the Box

The product page for the joyroom jr-ms01 does not publish a box-contents list, so this section confirms only the certain item: the Joyroom JR-MS01 speaker itself. The page confirms Type-C charging and TF card playback, so a charging cable is the usual companion — but since the page does not list the contents, the store can only promise the speaker. If the exact box contents matter to your purchase, confirm with Gadget Superb on Messenger or at care@gadgetsuperb.com before ordering.

How long does the battery last in real use?

The honest figures, per the manufacturer: about 3–4 hours of music with the light off at 70% volume, and about 48 hours of connected standby with the light off. The laser magic ball and RGB modes are the joyroom jr-ms01’s star feature, and lights consume power — so plan a full charge before a party night and expect shorter runtime when the light show runs at full brightness.

How do I charge the Joyroom JR-MS01, and how long does it take?

The speaker charges over Type-C in about 3 hours (5V⎓1A input), per the page. Any standard phone charger or power bank works — there is no proprietary adapter to keep track of.

Which Bluetooth version does the Joyroom JR-MS01 use?

The specs table on the product page says Bluetooth V5.1, and this listing follows that figure. Note that the page’s features text says 5.3 — a genuine conflict on the page itself — so V5.1 is used here because the specs table and distributor consensus agree on it. Either way, pairing works like any Bluetooth speaker: enable Bluetooth on your phone, select the joyroom jr-ms01, and you are connected within about 12 meters.

Can I pair two Joyroom JR-MS01 speakers together for stereo?

Yes — the page confirms TWS interconnection, which links two JR-MS01 units for true wireless stereo and a wider soundstage. One speaker already plays 360° spatial audio on its own; a second unit doubles the room coverage for living rooms and small gatherings.

What exactly comes in the box?

The product page does not publish a box-contents list for the joyroom jr-ms01, so the store can only confirm the speaker unit itself. If you need to know whether a charging cable or manual is included, ask Gadget Superb on Messenger or at care@gadgetsuperb.com before ordering.

Can I get the Joyroom JR-MS01 gift-wrapped?

Gadget Superb does not advertise a gift-wrapping service, so gift wrapping is not promised with this order. Buying the joyroom jr-ms01 as a gift? Message the store on Messenger before ordering to ask what packing they can arrange.

What is the price of the Joyroom JR-MS01 in Bangladesh?

The current price is shown on the product page and can change during sales, so no figure is quoted here. Check the live joyroom jr-ms01 page on Gadget Superb for today’s price — that is what you pay in cash on delivery, plus the standard delivery fee.

How do I clean and care for the speaker?

Wipe your joyroom jr-ms01 with a soft, dry cloth and keep the fabric mesh and the crystal dome free of dust — the dome is the light show, so keep it clean for the brightest projection. No water-resistance rating is published, so keep it dry. Store it in a dry place, avoid drops, and recharge over Type-C, unplugging once full to keep the battery healthy.
